Banting recipe – Coconut & almond butter cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups Coconut flour
2 tablespoons Almond butter
200 g Butter
3 tablespoons Xylitol
2 tsp Baking powder
Sugar free dark chocolate (optional)

Method:

Mix butter, almond butter and Xylitol in a bowl until combined. Then add flour and baking powder mix until everything binds together.
Make balls and flatten with a fork. Bake on a preheated oven 200° for 15 minutes or until brown.
Drizzle with sugar free dark chocolate if desired.
