Description
Carmien Meno rooibos is a natural, functional rooibos tea blend with a delicious raspberry flavour. It is made to support all stages of womanhood from period pains to menstrual cramps to mood swings to menopause. You can also drink it to relieve night sweats and hot flashes.
- Hot Brew Tea: Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy with or without milk, honey, sugar or a slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
- Hot Brew Iced Tea: Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra tea bags. Remove tea bags and chill. Serve with ice.
