This product is not a true essential oil, but a high-quality extract of carrots in stabilized vegetable oil.
This extract contains all liposoluble substances of the corrot.
These are chiefly:
* Beta-carotene
* Carotinoids
* Tocopherols
It is used mainly as a Provitamin – A – carrier in scalp care, sun protection, day creams, night creams, baby-care, and skin oils.
Steady use of the product can benefit dry skin and wrinkled skin because it acts as a regulator for grease balance. This makes it highly suitable for after-sun preparations.
