MIND
Clear the head, aid concentration and strengthen the nervous system.
BODY
Digestive stimulant. Anti-viral for respiratory tract, soothe inflammation and ease mucous production. Influenza, asthma and sinusitis. Cools and deodorises, and may lower fever. Is said to bring relief to painful joints and muscles.
SKIN
Good for burns and skin eruptions. May help prevent bacterial growth and aid in construction of new tissue. Cuts, ulcers and inflammatory conditions.
OTHER USES:
Used widely in linaments, cough sweets and syrups, toothpaste, dentistry and veterinary practise.
