Description
Pure Soaks Premium Grade Epsom Salt is sustainably sourced from naturally occurring underground deposits in Germany.The highest FCC Food Grade Quality, nothing artificial hasbeen added and no modifications have been made in any way. Magnesium Sulphate traditionally has a wide range of therapeuticuses and is said to help relieve muscle aches and joint inflammation. It can
also be used for relaxation, stress relief and cleansing and soothing body and soul. Pure Soaks also brings the additional wellness benefits of the highest quality essential oil blends for varying uses.
As a soak: Pour salts in warm, running bath water of 37-39 degrees Celsius. For general well-being add ½ or 1 cup; for tired & sore muscles 2-4 cups. Add 3-4 drops of oil. Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin. Enjoy.
As an exfoliator: Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favourite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well. Soaking Tip. Remember to stay hydrated. Rinse off before getting out of the bath.
