Vanilla Man alcohol free extract has been developed specifically with Halaal and alcohol intolerant individuals in mind.

It is slightly less translucent than the standard extract. The strength is on par with a four-fold vanilla extract. No heat has been added to the extraction process, making it a very lengthy method of extraction.
Extract can be used in any dish where vanilla flavor is desired.
One teaspoon vanilla essence = 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract = one medium vanilla pod
Shake before use.
