Our Food Philosophy

For over 20 years, Fresh Earth has been rooted in plant-forward, scratch-made food that supports health, integrity and sustainability. As our community has grown, so has our understanding that mindful, choices look different for different people. Alongside our plant-based offerings, we now offer a small selection of ethically sourced, free-range, grass-fed animal protein, available by choice — never by default.

Our Table of Abundance consists of a daily harvest table, served buffet style. We make everything fresh on the day including bakes, curries, wild rice, beautiful salads, fritters and interesting sides.
