Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, rooibos tea promotes heart health and circulation while aiding digestion, making it a delicious wellness tea. We love that Carmien Zesty Lemon tea is naturally caffeine-free and made without artificial additives and preservatives.
- Hot Brew Tea: Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy with or without milk, honey, sugar or a slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
- Hot Brew Iced Tea:Â Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra tea bags. Remove tea bags and chill. Serve with ice.
