Sorella Indulgences began as a dream by two sisters to make the simple pleasures of chocolate available to all. The company specializes in hand made sugar free Belgium chocolates and confections.
Both sisters share a passion for chocolates and sweet treats alike. After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, Darrielle found it increasingly difficult to manage her sugar levels, especially with the limited range of palatable sugar free products on the market. Which led her to start adapting recipes and making them ‘diabetic friendly’. Iona, the brains behind the business finally convinced Darrielle to study the art of chocolate making and convert this knowledge into making sugar free confections.
After much research and experimentation of the optimal sugar substitutes and the best quality sugar free Belgium chocolate, they were able to start producing a wide variety of delicious sugar free chocolates and sweets with great success.
Now Sorella is a thriving business that is consistently producing more exciting new treats for both the diabetic and health conscious person to enjoy guilt free.
