Carmien Rooibos Tea – Relax is a calming herbal tea blend of the finest pure rooibos, chamomile, rosehip and hibiscus. It can help to give you relief from common nervous system ailments such as insomnia, anxiety and panic attacks. We also love that it is palm oil-free and it contains no artificial additives or fillers. Get yourself the Carmien Rooibos Tea – Relax for whenever you want to unwind with a soothing cup of tea.
- Hot Brew Tea: Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy with or without milk, honey, sugar or a slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
- Hot Brew Iced Tea: Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra tea bags. Remove tea bags and chill. Serve with ice.
