Tractor Stoneground Rye flour is a Dark Rye wholemeal flour used to produce delicious rye breads and with a dark dense character. Rye flour is 100% pure rye with no wheat blended into it. Many people who are wheat intolerant find they can handle rye better as it has a lower gluten content. Rye flour is high in roughage that promotes healthy bowel movement, is exceptionally rich in nutrients and has a 10% protein content.
