Pure Summer Cleansing Juice
Ingredients
1/3 cucumber
225g Melon, peeled and diced
1 celery stalk, trimmed
6 mint leaf
Method
1.Put all the ingredients through a juice extractor (preferably an Oscar juicer) and pour into a glass and enjoy.

Omega-3 Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 pineapple
3 apples
1 bulb beetroot
1 peeled lime
1/3 cucumber
1 small avocado
1 banana
1 tsp hemp protein powder
A few raw macadamia nuts
and a handful of ice cubes.
Juice the fruit and veggies, blend in the avo, banana, powder and nuts.

Green Smoothie
Ingredients
5 leaves of red leaf lettuce
½ avocado
2 stalks celery
juice of ½ lemon
5 stalks coriander
2 cups water
Put all the ingredients into the blender, blend and enjoy!

Banana, Oats and Fig Smoothie
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 dried figs
250ml rice milk
A handful of gluten free oats
1 table spoon whole Organic almonds (skin on)
2 teaspoons of honey
Method
Peel and break up the bananas, add to the blender jug with the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
