Banana, Oats and Fig Smoothie

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
2 dried figs
250ml rice milk
A handful of gluten free oats
1 table spoon whole Organic almonds (skin on)
2 teaspoons of honey

Method

Peel and break up the bananas, add to the blender jug with the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
