Ingredients
30ml Wheat Grass
160ml Apple Juice
140ml Carrot Juice
30ml Celery Juice
Method
Juice each of the ingredients in the appropriate juicer and blend together

Banana, Oats and Fig Smoothie
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 dried figs
250ml rice milk
A handful of gluten free oats
1 table spoon whole Organic almonds (skin on)
2 teaspoons of honey
Method
Peel and break up the bananas, add to the blender jug with the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
Turbo Pick-Me-Up Smoothie
Ingredients
200g frozen blueberries
500ml apple juice
250g plain yoghurt
2 bananas
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled
Juice of 2 oranges
1 big table spoon of honey
Hand full of gluten free rolled oats (optional)
Method
Pop all the ingredients in a blender.
Whizz it all up until lovely and smooth.
Pour, serve and enjoy!
