Simple raw superpower bar recipe with highly nutritious superfoods and ingredients.

100g Pitted dates (soaked overnight)
1/2 Cup almond butter
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
4 Tbsp. hemp seeds
2 Tbsp. Maca powder
2 Tbsp. Pea Protein Powder
1 pinch salt
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

100g cacao butter
3 Tbsp. Maple syrup
1/4 Cup cacao powder
3 Tbsp Coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao powder

Blend dates, almond butter, oats, cashews, coconut, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, protein, coconut oil, cinnamon, salt and vanilla until sticky.
Once sticky place mixture into a bowl and using your hands, mix through the sesame, chia and extra 2 tbsp of hemp seeds.
Press the mixture into a lined baking tray, pressing down to smooth the top, and place into the fridge.
Melt the coconut oil and cacao butter slowly in the microwave then mix through the cacao powder and maple to create the chocolate layer.
Pour the chocolate over the top of the bars and and place back into the fridge for at least an hour to set. Slice and enjoy.
