Super Tiktok Baked Oats Recipe

Well, it’s official – Baked oats are super trendy right now and we’re loving it. This recipe boasts a baked oats bowl, but as always ours come with a bit of a twist. We used gluten free oats and superfoods hemp, cacao nibs and goji berries. We’ve also topped it off with a yummo collagen log chocolate bar.
Ingredients
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/4 cup oat milk
1 small banana or 1/2 large banana
1 free range egg
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth and combined.
Stir in any add ins (We used hemp, mixed berries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds and goji berries) – then, pour the batter into a lightly greased 250ml ramekin, oven safe mug, or oven safe dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges pull away, the top springs back, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove, let cool slightly, add toppings of choice and enjoy!
