Tahini Dressing Recipe

Tahini Dressing Recipe

Quick and easy to make and full of flavour and nutrients


200g Tahini
14g Crushed garlic
25g Freshly chopped parsley
60ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
240ml Water
Pinch of sea salt
Grind of black pepper


Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk. You may need to add a little more water if the dressing is too thick.
Add a little sea salt and black pepper to taste.
You can add a little Greek yoghurt for extra flavour.
