Vegan Recipe Super Salted Caramel Cookies
Delicious cookies packed with nutrition. Vegan friendly and sugar free. The Maca combines with coconut sugar gives these beauties a salted caramel effect.
1 cup peanut butter
80g Coconut Sugar
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Wheat flour
2 Tbsp. Maca Powder
2 Tbsp. oat milk
1 tsp. sea salt
50g Vegan dark chocolate
2 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut sugar, almond milk and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, Maca Powder and sea salt, and mix well.
Use approx. 1 Tbsp. of dough per cookie. Form small balls of dough and slightly flatten each cookie onto a parchment-lined baking sheet with a fork.
Bake for approx. 10- 14 minutes.
Once cookies are baked, let sit for 15 minutes to cool. Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies with a fork and finish off with a sprinkle of Hemp Seeds.
