Detox Chia Pudding Recipe

Chia Seeds are amazing! They have so much fiber and this pudding also contains 8 grams of protein! Bonus… because they create a gelatinous effect when added to water or digested they cleanse your insides by collecting toxins on their way out. This is why Chia Seeds are an amazing detox and weight loss food

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
2 to 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut sugar
1/4 cup chia seeds

Method:

In a mixing bowl combine the milk, 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut blossom sugar. Taste the mixture, and add more cacao powder to taste. Keep in mind that the chia seeds will dilute the chocolate milk flavor slightly.
Transfer the pudding to the fridge to set for at least 15 minutes, but it will get even thicker the longer it chills.

Top with coconut cream, berries, sugar free chocolate – the choice is yours 😉
