Baked Apples with Yoghurt & Granola

Baked Apples with Yoghurt & Granola

Few desserts can compare to the the simple deliciousness of baked apples with yoghurt and granola. Impress everyone with this easy to make recipe.

Ingredients:

4 Apples, cored and cut into 8 slices
3 Tbsp. Pure maple syrup
½ Tbsp. Butter, melted
½ cup Greek yoghurt
¼ tsp. Ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
½ cup Fresh Earth Granola

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200º C.
Place apples, maple syrup, and butter in a 9×13″ pan. Toss until apples are well coated. Roast, stirring occasionally until apples are crisp-tender, about 20 mins.
Meanwhile, whisk together yoghurt, cinnamon and nutmeg. When apples are finished cooking, spoon into bowls, sprinkle with granola and top with yoghurt. Serve and enjoy!
