Brown Rice, Quinoa and Mixed Nuts Recipe

Ingredients

Brown rice
Quinoa
Ground mixed nuts Almonds, flax, sunflower and cashews (all raw)
Braggs

Method

• Cook the brown rice on a two to one ratio for about 20 minutes.
• At around ten minutes add the quinoa.
• When ready rinse.
• Turn in the nut mix.
• Add a squirt of Braggs.
