Makes: 1 x 23cm Pizza
Ingredients
1 Pizza base (wheat or gluten free)
40g Shredded spinach
40g Sun-dried tomatoes chopped into small pieces
25g Calamata olives with the pips removed
120g Good quality mozzarella cheese
Dried oregano
Pizza sauce
Pesto sauce
Method
Ā· Dust a large baking tray with flour
Ā· Add the base to the baking tray
Ā· Spread the base with tomato
Ā· Mix the pesto and the mozzarella cheese together in a bowl
Ā· Add the pesto mozzarella mix to the base
Ā· Add the spinach, olives, and tomato.
Ā· Sprinkle with oregano.
Ā· Bake until the pizza is golden brown
