Thai Sweet Potato and Buckwheat Soba Noodles

Chermoula Recipe


125ml Olive oil
80ml Fresh lemon Juice
45g Chopped garlic
10g Fresh Chilies
40g Chopped fresh basil
30ml Grated lemon Zest
250g Sweet potato and Buckwheat soba noodles


• Cook the noodles for 3 – 4 minutes with a dash of olive oil. Be careful not to over cook the noodles. Drain and set aside
• Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic for two minutes.
• Then add the chilies and fry for a further minute
• Add the basil and lemon zest last
• Turn the mixture into the cooked noodles
