Matcha Chai Latte

You don’t have to go to Starbucks to get a Matcha green tea latte.
You can buy quality Matcha powder, add it to a cup of almond milk and mix in a touch of sweetener or your Chai spices and Voila!

Ingredients:

1 x tsp. Chai spices (see mixture below)
1 x tsp. Matcha Powder
1 x Cup Almond Milk
Chai Spice
Cinnamonclovesallspiceginger and cardamom all mixed together in the same quantities.

Method:

Warm the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat – don’t bring to the boil.
Add chai spices and stir occasionally for approximately 5 minutes.
Strain milk into a cup and whisk in the Matcha Powder
You may add a sweetener to taste, if you wish.
