Sesame Noodle Salad Recipe

Ingredients for the Dressing

4 tbsp Sesame oil
4 tbsp Olive oil
4 tbsp Soya sauce
8 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
400g Peanut butter
8 tbsp Lemon juice

Ingredients for the Salad

Pack of pasta
250g Mange tout
300g Bean sprouts
4 Spring onions Finely chopped
40g Black sesame seed
30g White sesame seed
8 tbsp Fresh coriander Finely chopped
2 Red peppers Cut into thin strips


• Cook the pasta with a tablespoon of olive oil.
• For the dressing, whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed properly.
• For the salad: add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and pour over the dressing until everything is well coated.
