This salad is not only colorful and tasty, but also full of essential vitamins, iron, anti-oxidants, protein and good lipids, essential for maintaining a good nutritional constitution and alkalinity.
Ingredients
1 Bunch Organic spinach leaves
10 Strawberries Sliced in half
3 tbsp Raw almonds Crushed up
½ Red onion Chopped into thin rings
½ Cup Fresh orange juice
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Himalayan rock salt
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 cup Olive oil
¼ Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
Method
• Take a small bowl and mix the olive oil, salt, lemon juice, orange juice and pepper. Whisk well to form an even dressing.
• Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Set aside so they induce the sweetness.
• Take a large salad bowl; add the spinach leaves and strawberries. Then add in the dressing and toss it around so the salad gets coated evenly.
• Add the chopped almonds and onion rings and mix again. Garnish with the alfalfa sprouts.
