The best way to get the right nutrients into your body is through your diet – so we have developed a smotthie, jam packed with nail boosting vitamins and minerals for naturally shimmering and strong nails.

Ingredients:

1/2 Frozen Banana

1/2 Cup pure Mango juice

4 Strawberries

1 Handful Spinach

2 Tbsp Pure Whey or Pea Protein

Method:

Add all ingrients to a blender and mix until smooth.
