Sweet-as-Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 x cup almond milk
1 x tsp. agave syrup
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 x tsp. hemp powder
2 x tsp. cinnamon
1 x apple, cored
1 x tsp. ginseng tincture
Dried cranberries (garnish)
Method:
For the pumpkin puree
Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celcius
Cut the pumpkin in half, stem to base. Remove seeds and pulp. Cover each half with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven, foil side up, 1 hour, or until tender.
Scrape pumpkin meat from shell halves and puree in a food blender. Strain to remove any remaining stringy pieces.
For the smoothie
Combine all the ingredients, except the cranberries, in a food blender and blend until smooth.
Top with cranberries.
