Tropical Smoothie Bowl
A Smoothie Bowl that’s dairy-free, gluten-free, full of protein and fresh fruit and totally delicious. Satisfying and easy to make, too!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of frozen tropical fruit (strawberries, pineapple and mango mix)
Ā½ of a frozen banana
3/4 Cup soft tofu
1 Tbsp. honey (to sweeten)
Ā½ Cup Vanilla Cashew Milk (or alternatively Almond Milk)
Sliced fruit for topping (such as strawberries, kiwi, peaches and blueberries)
Sliced almonds, shredded coconut and chia seeds (for topping)
Instructions:
Blend frozen fruit, tofu, honey and in a blender. Taste and add sweetener and more cashew milk if needed.
Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top with sliced fruit, almonds, coconut and chia seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
