Chai Millet Porridge

Chai Millet Porridge


1/2 Cup Millet flour
1 Cup Almond Milk
1-2 Cups Water
1 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp ground Chili powder
Pinch of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
Sugar or sugar replacer to taste
Your fav toppings – fruit, nuts, seeds, syrup or whatever your heart desires!


Combine millet flour, almond milk and water in a saucepan and mix until smooth.
Add spices and salt and stir over medium heat. Keep stirring while it cooks to prevent lumps from forming.
Bring to boil and allow to thicken.
Lower heat and check consistency, adding more water if desired.
Serve warm, add toppings and sugar (or replacer).
