Shredded Hay Fever Slaw Recipe

The powerful root veggies create a natural defense against hay fever symptoms. Beets have strong anti-inflammatory properties whilst carrots are known for their antioxidant rich profile. These properties then alleviate the symptoms associated with Hay Fever.


1/2 cup raw beets, peeled and grated
1/2 cup organic carrots, grated
2 tbsp apple juice
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1/8 tsp sea salt


Combine grated beets and carrots.
In a separate bowl, mix in the apple juice, olive oil, ginger and salt.
Drizzle over salad mixture. Toss gently. Enjoy!
