Oat Crunchies Recipe

Chermoula Recipe


5 tbsp Raw Organic Honey;
¾ cup butter;
1 ½ tsp baking soda;
3 cups oats;
¾ cup spelt flour;
¾ cup fructose;
5 tbsp ground flaxseed;
¾ cup sunflower seeds;
zest of ½ orange, grated.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter and honey together on the stove. Stir in the baking soda with a whisk. Combine the oats, spelt flour, fructose and ground flax seed together. Add the butter mixture and stir until moist. Fold in the sunflower seeds and orange zest. Press the mixture into a greased baking tin. Bake for about 12 minutes. Cut them while they are still hot and leave to cool.
