Raspberry Java Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Pitted dates
¾ Cup organic milk
½ Cup frozen raspberries
1 cup coffee ice cubes
Method
Soak pitted dates in water for up to 1 hour.
In a blender, combine the dates, organic milk, and frozen raspberries.
Blend on high speed for one minute.
Add 1 cup coffee ice cubes (about 3/4 cup brewed and frozen) and blend until smooth.
