SorgYUM Flapjacks

SorgYUM Flapjacks


1 1/2 Cups Sorghum flour
1tsp Bicarboate of soda
1tsp Brown Sugar
Pinch of salt
2tbsp Melted Butter
1 Cup Soured Milk


Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl.
Lightly grease a frying pan and bring to medium heat.
Pour spoonfuls of batter into pan, covering the base.
Once sides lift after 3 minutes of cooking – flip the flapjacks over to the other side, cooking a further 3 minutes.
