Spelt Flake Muesli Recipe

Chermoula Recipe


• 1 cup spelt flakes
• 2 cup juice (apple or pear yumm!)
• 3T-spoon raisins
• 3T-spoon cashew nut or pecan
• Pinch cinnamon
• ¼ t-spoon salt
• 1lt bowl.


• Add spelt flakes to bowl
• Add raisins, nuts, salt, cinnamon, and mix in with spelt flakes.
• Cover mix with juice, cover bowl and leave in fridge overnight.
• Enjoy cold or warm the following day.
