Tofu Sauté Recipe

Ingredients
60ml Olive Oil
2 packs Tofu, cut into large cubes
1 tbsp Fresh Earth Veg Stock Powder
60ml Soy or Tamari Sauce
Method
Open and towel dry the tofu blocks
Dice into large cubes
Heat the oil in a large pan and add the tofu cubes
Sauté until the cubes are sealed with a little colour
Add the veg stock powder and sauté for a further 1 minute
Add the soya sauce a sauté for a further minute.
