Summer Fruit Salad with Goji and Nuts

Ingredients

A selection of seasonal fruit, I used:

Guavas
Apples
Pineapples
Banana
Sweet melon

Nuts, seeds and Goji berries:

Ground organic flax seed
Organic pumpkin seed
Organic almonds
Goji berrie

Mango or orange juice

Method

1. Dice the seasonal fruit into the bowl; remember to cut all the fruit the same size it helps keep the presentation consistent.
2. Add the fruit to a bowl then pour over the juice
3. Sprinkle the nuts, ground flax seed and the pumpkin seeds over the salad
