85g bag watercress
100ml carrot juice
dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
150ml fresh orange juice
100ml tomato juice
Carrot sticks and watercress sprigs, to garnish (optional)
Process the watercress in a liquidizer or juice extractor.
Place in a jug, stir in the orange, carrot and tomato juices, add a dash of Tabasco sauce.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with carrot sticks and watercress, if desired
