The magnificent deep green colour of this juice contains a whole lot more than just a good supply of iron.
Ingredients
2 handfuls or 10 Organic spinach leaves
¼ Organic pineapple
¼ Organic cucumber
1 Large organic carrot
¼ Organic lemon
Juice the all the ingredients using an Oscar juicer or a DNA juicer (the juicer you use must be able to extract juice from leaves), combine the juices with some ice and enjoy.
