Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Breakfast is a great opportunity to put the nutrition into your body to get you through the day. It is gentle on your waking digestive system and can help in balancing your sugar levels for the day.

Ingredients

140g Mixed frozen fruit (use any combination you enjoy)
1 tbsp Mixed ground nuts
60ml Vanilla yoghurt
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Soya milk or rice milk powder
160ml Fruit juice of your choice

Method

Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth drink.
