The Weight Lift Smoothie

Some people are really ravenous after strength training, so the fiber in strawberries help fill you up. They’re also low in sugar and high in antioxidants. A bit of protein helps restore and build muscle. Half a banana helps with electrolyte balance—but watch their sugar

Ingredients:

1½ cup frozen strawberries (or fresh)
1 frozen banana
1 cup of organic greens – spinach, celery, cucumber
½ cup of almond milk (more to thin)
2 tbsp of Fresh Earth 80% Whey Powder
a dash of cinnamon

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until thick and creamy.
You can adjust the thickness by adding more/less bananas and more/less liquids.
