Gluten Free Low Carb and Low GI Bread
Ingredients
390g Ground Flax seeds
100g Coconut flour
40g Almond flour
30g Psyllium seed husk
20g Coconut blossom sugar
30g Flax seeds and sunflower seeds
2 Egg whites
1 whole egg
5g Sea salt
20g baking powder
80g Coconut oil
500ml water
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180Ā°C
2. Combine all the flours, psyllium baking powder including the sugar and sea salt
3. Add the seeds holding some back for the top of the bread
4. Add the egg and water, then mix for two minutes until all combined
5. Now add the coconut oil
6. Mix on a medium speed for a further two minutes
7. Measure the bread into approximately 500g portions and place them into two medium bread tins
8. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until done
