Tasty Green Juice
Drinking green juices is an easy and tasty way of getting fruit and vegetables into your body with out having to prepare a meal.
Ingredients
200ml Organic apple juice (freshly squeezed)
25ml Celery juice
50ml Cucumber juice
10ml Ginger juice
15ml Wheatgrass juice
Method
Juice all the fruit and the vegetables using an Oscar juicer or a regular juicer. Combine the juices in to a glass and enjoy.
