Dairy free & Vegan
This recipe is great for parties and goes well with crisps or nachos.
800g Smoked tofu
1 large Onions
1 Red peppers
2 tbsp Veg stock powder
1tsp Chopped garlic
Add all the ingredients to the magi-mix or food processor and blend well.
Make sure the mix is smooth with a few chunks of vegetables left for texture and colour.
