Ingredients
½ Cup pumpkin seeds
1 ½ cups basil Leaves
1 ½ cups spinach leaves
1 clove garlic
½ tsp. Himalayan rock salt
1/3 Cup olive oil
60ml water
Method
1. Grind pumpkin seeds in food processor.
2. Add basil, spinach, water, garlic and salt and process into a paste.
3. While food processor is running, add olive oil.
