Breakfast Oats For One Recipe

Wheat free, Dairy free & Sugar free

Ingredients

65g Organic or regular oats
15g Chopped and pitted dates
15g Raisins
5g Chopped raw almonds
10ml Raw honey
100g Sliced banana
135g Grated apples
Pinch Cinnamon
Pinch Sea Salt
500ml Water

Method

Bring the water to boil in a heavy base pot
Remove from the stove
Add oats, dates, raisins, grated apples and cinnamon and add back to the stove.
cook for ten minutes
Stir regularly and add more water if necessary
Some people like thier oats to be runny and some like them to be stiff
Pour into bowl and add the honey and chopped almonds
