Linseed Vanilla Smoothie

Linseed Vanilla Smoothie


2 bananas (overripe and frozen. Add them straight into the blender without defrosting for a smoothie that is icy cold)
2 tbsp ground linseeds
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp wheatgerm
750ml chilled coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
