Ingredients
180g Walnuts finely ground
160g Sunflower seeds ground
180g Cashew nuts ground
100g Almonds ground
420g Onion diced
4 Eggs beaten
90g Wheat bread crumbs
290g Brown rice cooked
30ml Soya Sauce
50g Vegan Chicken stock
10g Basil fresh finely chopped
110g Alfalfa sprouts chopped
Method
Mix all the ingredients gently by hand.
Form into large balls
Place onto a greased tray and bake at 180Ā°C for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
Or deep fry until golden
Serve with whole grain mustard
