6 Organic eggs
1 tbsp. Organic virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Butter
1 Bunch of trimmed organic asparagus
Fresh Earth Hot-u-Got sauce to serve with
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Beat the eggs with a little sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the oil and the butter in a large oven proof frying pan over a medium heat and sauté asparagus for 5 minutes.
Add the eggs; cook for 3 minutes then bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden and fluffy.
Serve hot with Fresh Earth Hot-u-Got sauce.
