Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast Smoothie


250ml frozen mixed berries or frozen fruit salad with juice
120g frozen banana
1tsp almonds
1tsp sesame seeds
1tsp flax seeds
1tsp sunflower seeds
1tb soya milk powder (optional)


Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth drink.
Optional Additions: Mineral complex, EFA’s, extra fibre, Gingko
